MultiCloudBackup securely backs up your personal files offsite using free online storage such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. It's like CrashPlan but instead of using and paying for their storage, MultiCloudBackup allows you to use you own cloud storage. With MultiCloudBackup, you can have your personal files backed up offsite for free.
How it works
At the setup phase you have to choose your online storage and files you want to backup. If you choose public online storage like Dropbox or Google Drive, MultiCloudBackup ask for an access authorization. You just have to allow it. Passwords are never asked or stored.
Then regularly (at specified interval) an incremental backup is made: only modified files since last backup are encrypted and uploaded. Encryption use AES 128bit algorithm for content and file names of your data.
If something happens to your home or electronics, you can browse and restore all your backed up files and their version across time
